For World of Volvo, Götaplatsgruppen has developed a completely new way to seduce visitors. The "Dynamic Dining" concept focuses on sustainability and flexibility. Raw materials are prepared according to season and availability - with the greatest consideration for the climate. Behind the menu is award-winning signature chef Stefan Karlsson with his usual inspiration from around the world - shaped by his Nordic techniques. The day starts with a “Morning Energizer”, followed by “Swedish Fika”. The morning ends with our patented “Lush Lunch”. In the evening, everyone gathers to be served "Dynamic Dinner" directly from the chef.
