We have updated both our booking procedures and pricing to make it easier for Volvo employees to plan meetings and conferences at World of Volvo. We now offer fixed, significantly discounted rates and are happy to help you find the right space and set-up based on your needs.
Price example: Meeting room for 10–12 people, full day: 3,500 SEK (excluding VAT).

Excellent opportunities to add lunch, refreshments or additional technical support, as well as tickets including a guided tour of the exhibition.
Prices are valid during 2026 for direct bookings with World of Volvo and do not apply to bookings made via third parties.
Valid for new bookings only and applies on weekdays excluding public holidays, during daytime hours and subject to availability.
Pricing varies depending on the size of the meeting room, and the final price depends on the selected set-up and any additional services.
The contract price cannot be combined with other offers.
