A Christmas buffet (julbord) should taste of Christmas. Ours does, but the setting is not the usual one: a circular building of mass timber where three tree-like columns carry the entire roof. On selected evenings in December there is a band on stage whilst the julbord is served. Same building, same evening, no moving between dinner and the entertainment.
Which artists play and which dates apply varies from season to season. The current line-up is to be announced.
What is on the table
Classic at heart, with herring and salmon in new flavours alongside everything you expect from a julbord. The kitchen is led by Stefan Karlsson, and the thinking is the same as the rest of the year: Nordic, seasonal, and with the plant-based side as rather more than an afterthought.
There is a full vegetarian julbord for those who want it, and we handle gluten-free and lactose-free. Tell us when you book. The whole menu sits with Ceno.
A Christmas buffet for the company
Bringing a large party? The Event Hall seats 600 guests, and the smaller rooms work for a department that wants the evening to itself. We take everything in between.

The julbord sits in the same building as our exhibition. Walk through Volvo's history first and eat afterwards, and the evening becomes something other than a dinner.
