Thursday Jazz - Log Lady
This autumn, Thursday Jazz invites you to an inspiring series of live jazz evenings filled with swing, musical excellence, and outstanding performances. The programme features everything from tributes to Swedish jazz icons and contemporary jazz to hot jazz and jazz songs. Every Thursday offers a unique live music experience where artistry, atmosphere, and a passion for jazz take centre stage.
Tonight, we are happy to welcome Log Lady to the stage. Their music takes its roots in New Orleans—the birthplace of jazz—before travelling on to the vibrant music scene of Chicago, where gospel and soul come together in a warm and expressive blend. Log Lady's Jambalaya spans several genres, leaving plenty of room for improvisation and spontaneous musical moments. With infectious energy, a close connection to the audience, and an intuitive interplay between the musicians, every performance unfolds in the moment—swinging, engaging, and sometimes delightfully unexpected.
